Our history
Me and My Two Friends was started as a fundraiser for breast cancer education and as events in Israel unfolded, our mission evolved to helping ALL communities, for all reasons, both locally and globally. As a subsidiary of Me and My Two Friends, People Helping People, benefits from the already established 501c3 registration to get funds distributed even faster.
Our organization, staff & volunteers
All expenses are being donated by Me and My Two Friends Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization founded by Atlanta businesswoman, Alisa Unger.
Our staff is made up entirely of volunteers, meaning no donations go to salaries or other unrelated expenses.
Our Vision
Our vision for People Helping People is to be of help when and where it's needed, period. Regardless of race, sex, identity or religion, it is our top priority to ensure that individuals can access the resources they need.
Our Approach
We are cutting out the middle man and partnering directly with actual boots on the ground, collaborating with trusted friends and family, and providing help exactly where and when it is needed, both locally and globally.
